'They Only Want' is the band's first single since their self-released album 'No Modern Desire', which was released in September 2019 to an eagerly awaiting fan base and met with high praise.

The song is a passionate take on life, love, how there is always someone worse off than you and in addition to that, how there are always people who have and want more in their life. The verses in the track explain the emotion that a person can bring out of someone else, and the chorus implies that someone who gets everything only wants more, and someone with nothing or very little, would be happy with the simpler things in life.
